Normal fasting glucose range: 70 to 99 mg/dL (3.9 to 5.5mmol/L) Prediabetes: 99 to 126 mg/dL (5.5mmol/L to 7.0mmol/L) Diabetes: Higher than 126 mg/dL (7.0mmol/L) in multiple subsequent tests
